CrossTrainers is a program for teenagers that teachers them how to be ministers of the Gospel. We are not talking about a position but a lifestyle. In order to do that teenagers are shown what ministering looks like and what it feels like to actually minister. The whole purpose of this ministry is to teach these teenagers that being a minister is not holding an office, being a certain age, or having any certain experience, it is just being full of Jesus and letting Him overflow into their everyday life. Our CrossTrainer teenagers here at PMBC have done more ministering in the last several years than most Christians do in their lifetime. I hope you will encourage your teenager to be a part of this tremendous ministry here at Pray’s Mill.
